Shipping and Returns
All items are decorated to order, the production process usually take 2-5 working days depending on how busy we are at time of order. Once complete we ship orders on a next working day service with DX Delivery at a cost of £6.00, delivery is free on orders over £75.00. Please note we currently only ship to the UK.

Refund Policy
Whilst we take the utmost care when producing your order occasionally imperfections or faults can occur. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to put this right for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any issues.
Before returning any items for a refund please contact us for authorisation and return procedure details. Any items returned without receiving prior authorisation may be returned back to you or not processed in a timely manner.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges unless an item is faulty. If you have ordered the incorrect size then you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct size required.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used, usually within 7-14 working days of receipt.
